What's the catch with the trial?

There's no catch at all! We're confident that you're going to love what we offer, so it makes perfect sense to give you a FREE head start on your account.

Can I purchase upfront, or do I have to start with a free trial?

No way! Our free trial registration form generally takes under two minutes to complete and does not require payment or credit card information of any kind.

What will happen if my free trial expires before I decide to purchase?

Since a free trial has a duration of 7 days, it will be automatically taken offline at the end of the seventh day.

No worries though...we've still got all your work saved! As a courtesy to you, we offer a "grace period" during which we will retain your account and all records associated with it. When you're ready, just sign in to your WedQuarters Hub to make your purchase. Your wedding website will be immediately restored online once you complete your order.

How do I extend my wedding website from a free trial to a paid account?

When you're ready to order, please sign in to your WedQuarters Hub, click on the "Order" tab from the main menu bar and complete our easy order form.

When you extend your trial from within your WedQuarters Hub, all set up you completed during your free trial will be saved and automatically transferred over to your paid account. So convenient!

Will you subtract 7 days from my account duration if I start with a free trial and then extend to a paid account?

No, the free trial days are on us!

Let's say, for example, that you choose to extend your free trial account to a paid 12 month account. This means you will receive 365 days online, and will not have your account duration altered by any trial days that were either used or remaining at the time of purchase.
