Can I create bilingual page titles on my wedding website?

Our flexible system lets you create an unlimited number of pages with custom titles, which means you can write yours bilingually* if you like! There are only two pages that are an exception to this rule: the "Welcome" page and the "RSVP" page. These two pages cannot be renamed, but can have content added to them in the language(s) of your preference.

All of our wedding website designs are very accommodating to let you enter bilingual titles with the exception of the "Elegance" series and the "Stripes". Although you can create bilingual titles on these, the menu structure here allows for shorter one line titles only.

The rest of our designs allow for longer titles that just wrap to the next line. This means that all of our other wedding website designs are more likely better suited for bilingual titles, which understandably, will be longer than a title containing just one language.

Can I create any page title order on my wedding website's menu bar?

The "Welcome" page will always be the landing page on your wedding website, but other than that, you're free to order your pages exactly how you like. As you continue to build your personal wedding website, you may also insert or reorder new titles inbetween existing menu options. So flexible!

Can I control the order in which my page content appears on my wedding website?

Absolutely! In your WedQuarters Hub you may choose how your images, content and features are arranged and ordered within a page.

Absolutely! Our system is designed for you to personally create your own wedding website and add all desired content yourself, which means we can definitely accommodate the language(s) of your preference*.

There are a few minor restrictions to be aware of before you proceed:

With a WedQuarters personal wedding website, you can create an unlimited number of pages and title them whatever you like...this allows for the language(s) of your preference! There is an exception with two page titles: "Welcome" page and "RSVP" page. These page titles are static and cannot be renamed.
Specific Features/Buttons:
Our features are very flexible, allowing for a lot of customization. Please keep in mind with features such as our custom polls/quizzes, though you may write your own questions and answers, the "Submit" button will remain in the English language. The site traffic counter feature is limited to English, which will display, for example, as "100 visitors". The countdown feature can be customized with your own wording on it, but will always contain the words "x days until", after which you can specify what you are counting down to in the language of your preference.
Guestbook:
Though you may create a custom title and caption for your online guestbook, this feature is a pre-built form available only in the English language. This means that the words "First Name", "Last Name" and "Message" as well as the "Submit" button will remain in the English language. You may choose to insert a paragraph of instructions above or below the guestbook to help out guests who may need instructions in your preferred language.
Online RSVP:
If you plan to use our online wedding RSVP services, please be advised that this is a pre-built form available only in the English language. The standard form fields of this feature cannot be modified/adjusted for another or an additional language. You may choose to insert a paragraph of instructions above or below the RSVP form to help out guests who may need instructions in your preferred language.

Can I upload my own artwork to integrate directly into the main header portion of one of your wedding website designs?

No, this option is not currently offered. Our wedding website designs are available in a select range of colors and cannot be altered for custom artwork.

We do, however, have an integrated header image spot (measuring 150x150 pixels) available on all wedding website designs. This means you will have a unique, permanent placement for a custom image of your choice to be directly integrated into the design you choose. Most of our couples choose to upload of photo of themselves, but if you have a special piece of artwork in mind, this could work for you.

Will all of your wedding website features work if I do not live in the US or Canada?

Yes, with a possible exception of two features, which are entirely dependant upon your location:

We offer a password protection feature if you wish to enhance security on your personal wedding website. This very popular feature ensures that you will not have unwanted visitors browsing through your personal wedding website and viewing your wedding details.

You may choose to set up one general password to protect your entire wedding website, or you may choose multiple passwords to protect only select, individual pages!

If you wish, you may also add a hint to prompt any wedding guests who may not remember the correct password.

Can I apply more than one password to my wedding website?

Can I change a password once it is on my wedding website?

Can I keep my wedding website online longer than 24 months?

Can I obtain the rights from WedQuarters to have my wedding website's template image or design available for use on my wedding invitations?

All images and designs used on our wedding websites are strictly prohibited for use outside of our wedding website services and or for use outside of the context in which they are sold through our services.

We must be very firm about this point, as certain images are owned exclusively by WedQuarters and were shot by in-house photographers. Others were shot by select third party photographers from whom we have licensed the rights to use in the manner in which you see on our website. We are however, legally bound to not re-release any image or design for use in any other way.

Designs that do not contain a photograph, but are comprised of a drawing, animation, graphic, vector or artwork of any other kind have been licensed solely and exclusively to WedQuarters for use as a wedding website template and may not be reproduced in any way.

Can I pay an additional fee to have a staff member create my wedding website for me?

No, at this time we offer "create-it-yourself" personal wedding website services only. If you are looking to have a custom wedding website built from scratch for you, this may cost from a few hundred dollars all the way into the thousands, depending on the designer or firm you hire. To remain unbiased, we will not provide a recommendations list of design companies to consider.

As well, we do not contract out our designers to do custom projects, as they work exclusively in-house for our company.

How can I let my guests know about my wedding website?

You can easily pass along your wedding website's web address to all your family and friends through an email, print it on your wedding announcements and save-the-date cards, include it with your wedding invitations...whatever you like!

If it suits, print your web address on your favors. For example, you can order custom candy bar favors and have your names and web address printed directly on the wrapper. If you're having a more traditional favor, just print it on the tag or note attached to it.

Planning custom labels for your beverage bottles? Include your web address there too!

Other ways to share it: write your web address at the bottom of your wedding programs and thank you notes or have it printed with your name and date on your custom napkins at your reception. ...the possibilities are endless.
