Can I use your RSVP services only and not create an entire wedding website?

Yes, you certainly can! At a minimum, you will have a "Welcome" page and a "RSVP" page online at a free Subdomain (ex: StephLovesMatt.WedQuarters.com) of your choice. This is, essentially, a very pared down wedding website.

Though you have the option to, you are under no obligation to build out your personal wedding website any further than this.

Is there a separate price if I want to use your online RSVP services only?

Since our RSVP services are just one element/feature of a personal wedding website, we do not offer a separate price if you want to solely use the RSVP portion of our services. This means the cost of a WedQuarters account is the same, whether you plan to create a very detailed wedding website, or just use the online RSVP form. Is there a limit to the number of RSVPs I can receive?

There is no limit! You may receive as many online RSVPs as are needed for all your wedding needs.

Is there an additional cost if I receive a very high number of RSVPs?

No way! With us, you'll only pay $29.95 for a full year of service, regardless of how many guests RSVP online through your personal wedding website. We are pleased to offer the same low price, whether you receive 10 RSVPs or 1000 RSVPs.

Should I submit a guest list to you?

No, you do not need to submit a guest list to us. Since our services are 100% live, your wedding guests will personally enter their RSVP online on your personal wedding website. This produces accurate information and spelling, as well as eliminates the need for us to have a guest list on file as a reference.

Do I have to pay a "per invitation" fee if I use your RSVP services?

Absolutely not! If you encounter another RSVP service provider trying to implement this sort of fee, please be advised that this can often be a costly, poorly-managed approach that leaves little room for last minute updates and modifications to your guest list. This is not flexible or practical, especially since wedding plans usually end up being updated quite frequently!

What information do I need to include with my invitations to let my guests know they must RSVP online on my wedding website?

In regards to your involvement with our services, the key information you will need to include is simply the web address of your wedding website (ex: www.StephLovesMatt.WedQuarters.com)

We recommend to include at least a "www" before your web address to make it more easily identifiable as a web address = very clear for your guests that you have created an entire website for them to visit!
Please note that capitalization does not affect your web address, so you may print it in all upper case, lower case or a combination of both.

We cannot stress how important it is for you to check, then double check the correct spelling of your web address, as well as confirm that your wedding website is at this address before you have it printed on your wedding invitations or anywhere else!

It would be best for you to ask your wedding invitation provider for samples of specific RSVP wordings, as there as just too many possibilities to mention here. You may choose to present your wedding website and online RSVP request as formally or casually as you like on your invitations, and may also choose to include a "Please RSVP by" date.

How will my guests know where and how to RSVP?

For the convenience of your guests, we've made it very easy and straightforward!

So They'll Know Where: Simply include the web address of your wedding website on your wedding invitations. This way, your wedding guests will know where to go to RSVP online, as well as where they may visit you online to learn everything else about your wedding.
So They'll Know How: Our system has simple, fill in the blank forms that take guests through a few basic steps to RSVP.

Can I use your RSVP services for multiple events?

Absolutely! If your wedding celebration involves multiple events that span beyond your actual wedding day, we can help! Easily incorporate our online RSVP services into the multiple events surrounding your wedding such as showers, rehearsal dinners, bridesmaid luncheons, housewarming parties and gift openings, as well as any other wedding-related events.

You may also use our online RSVP services for the multiple events that occur after your wedding, as long as they are held within the time period in which your WedQuarters account is active. And since you get to choose the duration of your account, there's no need to feel rushed!

Can I password protect select multiple events?

Yes, you can! Tactfully approach any wedding-related events with a limited guest list or only certain invitees...by password protecting them! Any event protected by a password cannot be accessed or have RSVPs submitted to it until the correct password is supplied by your guests.

How often are my RSVPs updated?

All RSVPs are updated live and in real-time! When your wedding guests RSVP online through your personal wedding website, the results are available for immediate viewing in your WedQuarters Hub. You will always have access to the most current, up-to-date RSVPs with accurate summaries and totals. It's so convenient!

Where do I go to access my RSVPs?

You will enjoy unlimited 24/7 access to all RSVPs and corresponding information in your WedQuarters Hub. Here, you will have an "Inbox" which safely stores all of your RSVPs in one easy location.
