Our Site on CD gives you the option to order a copy of your personal wedding website in a CD format. This way, you can save all of the work and thought that went into creating your wedding website...it's the perfect wedding keepsake!

Can I just download and burn a CD of my wedding website myself?

Downloading your wedding website yourself can actually prove to be quite difficult. Because our system dynamically pulls live information from a database for all of our couples' wedding websites, you may be unable to download and display your site correctly without the necessary software.

To preserve your personal wedding website in a CD format, we follow a series of steps and use special software to properly download and re-link your website so it will run correctly offline.

When and where can I purchase a Site on CD?

Please sign in to your Hub at: http://hub.WedQuarters.com at any time to place your Site on CD order.

This exciting add-on is only available once you have a paid account and cannot be purchased upfront from our sales center.

Can I place my order before I am finished creating my wedding website?

Yes! Our system has been built so you can place your Site on CD order now, but have your website downloaded and shipped at a later date. This way there is no reason to feel rushed, as you have complete control over when your site is downloaded.

When you place a Site on CD order in your WedQuarters Hub (http://hub.WedQuarters.com), you will be asked if you would like to download your site immediately, or at a later date.

What is included with my Site on CD order?

A Site on CD order includes:

Custom printed CD-ROM Disc with up to 4 lines of custom text*. Text is printed directly on your CD (direct printing = no messy labels!)
Your choice of 8 text colors
CD-ROM Disc contents:
- Personal Wedding Website Player (.EXE)

What elements of my Site on CD order can be customized?

Only the disk and it's contents will be customized. You may choose:

Up to 4 lines of custom text* which will be printed directly on your CD (direct printing = no messy labels!)
Alternately, you may choose to have no custom text printed and receive a plain, clean white CD instead
Choice of 8 ink colors for your custom text to be printed in

*to ensure custom text fits on CD there is a per line character number limit in effect

Will viewing my Site on CD be exactly like viewing it online?

Yes, with a few exceptions:

Password protection will be removed from all pages.
Forms such as the RSVP form and Guestbook submission form with be disabled (all existing Guestbook posts will still be viewable).
Polls and Quizzes will no longer update and will display results only.
Countdown and Traffic features will be static.
Unsupported custom HTML or third-party APIs may not be viewable or work properly.
Embedded video, slideshows or third-party extras will not be included.

You may choose any of the following colors:

Can I specify different shipping addresses, custom text, or website versions if I place a multiple/bulk order?

Unfortunately, settings cannot be modified for each copy with a multiple/bulk order.

For any order, you may only specify one shipping address, one version of custom text, and one website version, even if receiving multiple copies.

What kind of case is included with a Site on CD?

We thought it was important to provide a top-quality case for you to store your wedding keepsake in. That's why we are pleased to offer our Site on CD product in a premium embossed metal case which reads "Our Wedding Website" and can be viewed on our Site on CD details page.

The case measures: 18.5cm x 13cm x 1.4cm and has an interior black felt liner for safe long-term storage of your Site on CD.

Can I have my Site on CD case custom embossed?

No, we do not offer custom embossing. At this time, our available Site on CD cases read "Our Wedding Website".

The text on your actual CD, however, can include up to 4 lines of your own custom text*.

Will my Site on CD be compatible with all systems (ex: Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.)?

Our Site on CD ships with an included Windows compatible .EXE file which is compatible with Windows systems that have Internet applications installed and will autoplay in most Windows CD-ROM Drives.

Also included with your CD are your wedding website source files, which can be opened in most major browsers on nearly any platform for offline viewing.

When do you ship Site on CD orders?

Shipments are standardly sent out every Wednesday.

Please Note: Standard shipment dates throughout the year may be shifted and/or alternated at our discretion due to holidays or specific peak seasons.

Do you offer Priority/Express shipment options?

We do offer Priority/Express shipping for Site on CD orders by request only. For a quote, please contact us with your specific timelines, quantity and location.

Do you offer insurance or delivery confirmation options?

We do not include a delivery confirmation or insurance with our Site on CD Keepsakes in order to provide the lowest possible shipping rates. Insurance and delivery guarantees can be purchased by request. For a quote, please contact us with your specific timelines, quantity and location.

Please Note: If you do not opt to purchase insurance or delivery confirmation, WedQuarters will not guarantee delivery, or the condition of delivered goods. It will be your responsibility to pay to replace lost or damaged goods.

How long will it take for my Site on CD to be shipped after I place my order?

A few things must be completed before your order can be shipped.

After you have made your Site on CD purchase, a new page will be created in your WedQuarters Hub with instructions that will guide you through a short series of steps. To complete the order process, an easy form will prompt you to enter your shipping address, the earliest date you wish to have your website downloaded, as well as your personal text and ink color choice (for custom printing directly onto your CD).

Our system has been built so you can place your Site on CD order now, but have your website downloaded and shipped at a later date. This way there is no reason to feel rushed, as you have complete control over when your site is downloaded.

Once you have completed the steps from your end, your order details will be saved into our download queue which will be processed by a WedQuarters staff member and sent out on the next upcoming shipment date.

Note: CD orders may not be processed on the EXACT day you enter as your download date.

What is your return or exchange policy for a Site on CD?

All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges. All Site on CD orders are tested and approved for quality assurance purposes prior to shipping.

Unforeseen problems that occur during shipping will be handled on a case by case basis at our company's sole discretion.

Can I place an order that contains the CDs only?

We will only offer this option for bulk orders of 20 or more. Please contact us for details on any custom Site on CD orders with your specific timelines, quantity and location.
