When your wedding guests RSVP online through your personal wedding website, a simple drop-down menu on your RSVP form
enables each guest to easily indicate their meal preference. You even have the option to add an extended menu description
that will let you describe your delicious plans in detail.
The results will be available for immediate viewing in the "Inbox" in your WedQuarters Hub, which is where all RSVPs are
safely stored with a meal selection tied conveniently into each guest's response. Here you may also print or download custom
lists of total guest counts with meal choices for your caterer.
It's simple to set up too! All you need to do in your WedQuarters Hub is complete our premade dinner form that lets you
individually enter any meal titles and extended descriptions that you like. Our system then takes the information you
entered and instantly adds it to your RSVP form in an easy drop-down menu for your guests.
Please Note: If you are planning a buffet or having a reception that does not require meal tracking, we've got that covered
too. You are absolutely under no obligation to activate this part of your RSVP form, which means that no drop-down menu will
ever appear on your wedding website.
